CTA and Metra

Any day which includes a ride on a train is a good day. In Chicago, I can ride a train everyday.

Yesterday, I took the Brown Line from State / Lake to Southport as I needed to pick up a couple of pints of Jeni’s Splendid Ice Cream for dessert.

Later, we headed to Glencoe for dinner with hilarious, rambunctious friends and their friends.

My love of (or obsession with) trains seems to vex my partner. I always think of my young pal Henry, though. Henry shares my curiosity about and love of trains.
