A bit of baking on a chilly, rainy Sunday
The Bourbon soaked chocolate cake (again) this time for colleagues at work. Fresh, spiked whipped cream and Luxardo maraschino cherries might make a tasty garnish.
As I review this post, it’s more than possible I’ve spent a bit too much time alone this weekend.
