International Women’s Day, 2021, I spent the morning browsing through an October 1964 issue of Woman’s Day magazine. Don’t ask. This photograph was one of a couple that caught my attention. It accompanied a make-up advice article: “The ABC’s of Make-Up”, A primer of skillful techniques and professional tricks that will help you correct facial faults and achieve a magical look of beauty.
