I heard honking, occasional but insistent, late yesterday morning and into the afternoon. Curious, I peeked over the deck. These two ladies were in the middle of State Street, with their signs, making certain the CTA drivers felt a bit of love on a very cold Valentine’s Day weekend. A heartwarming scene on a very cold day.
