30 seconds, fumbling

While out shooting handheld long exposures I accidentally knocked my lens into aperture priority while the shutter was set to bulb. On the body I was using, this turn the bulb setting into a timed 30 second exposure. I hadn’t figured out what was going on, though. When I released the button and the shutter didn’t close, I was surprised, fumbling with the camera, in the dark, with my glasses fogged (wear your masks, folks!).

I found this frame as I was reviewing last night’s photos and rather like the chaotic light trials and the fact that I can still make out Calder’s Flamingo.
