It’s always impressive how quickly it goes from the narrowest of slivers to a full half! The fact that it happens every month must be hidden by the usual cloud cover, making those clear night skies a surprise themselves.
Riiight? I wasn’t able to catch the phases just after the new moon (cloud cover).
