Soupe a l’oignon Gratinée
At least in my mind, it’s not Fall in Seattle until Le Pichet’s gratin Lyonnais makes an appearance on the menu. So, every October I tend to stalk (stock?) Le Pichet, checking the menu to see if the magical dish has re-appeared. Last night, I had my first serving of the season of this delicious, caramelized onion soup! Turns out, this was the very first serving prepared at Le Pichet this Fall, too!
