Washington / Wabash
A new L stop opened today; not something you see every day. This image was made yesterday, before the trains started stopping.

Do you mean it is the L train or an elevated train? How do the passengers get on and off — via parachute?!!!
Hah! That would be a sight! There’s another stop a block north of this one, Randolph and Wabash, which is staying open until the September 2nd. Sadly, Randolph and Wabash will then close after 121 years of service. 121 years. I do wish the CTA had chosen to refurbish Randolph and Wabash like they did the Quincy stop.
Obviously, I’ll be posting photos of the Randolph and Wabash station soon. Hope you are well!
