Spotting fuselages transported, presumably to Renton, on rail cars isn’t an uncommon sight in Seattle and is always a treat! These snapshots of two favorite things (planes! trains!) were taken last summer from Alaskan Way and Broad Street.

I had no idea! It was a beautiful day so I made a lunch and headed down to the Olympic Sculpture Park. I heard a train, looked back and snapped the photos! So fun!
