After we both took a nice rest, the dough was ready to be shaped and griddled. Two were eaten right out of the pan with a good dollop of orange marmalade and Irish butter.

And the moral of the story is…..we all would look better after a rest and some shaping! And a beauty treatment of orange marmalade? I’ll try it.
