Pancakes!
My Seattle Sunday mornings always include a stack of pancakes. I always make about a dozen so there are plenty to share with the baristas at Victrola Coffee. This morning’s batch were flavored with cinnamon and vanilla and topped with a maple syrup aged in bourbon barrels.
Not a bad way to start a rainy Sunday.
