So I never promised that my photos for the January project would always be technically challenging, artsy photos. All kinds of images tell stories. I had a hard time with action. Largely because I’m inert, but also because the word only resonates with me politically right now. And I have been “taking action” all weekend in ways that aren’t easy to photograph with a handheld camera, in the traditional style. But this is one of the ways I took action today. And it at least does include a screenshot of an actual photo I took of my family, which I think is lovely.

These postcards, from the INK app, were mailed to my Ohio Senators, Rob Portman and Sherrod Brown today. There will be more and different actions to follow. I’ve made lists.
